How they met: “Dwayne and I met when we were about twelve years old. He’s actually my best friend’s cousin so we all used to hang out-together,” explains Angela. “Then we both ended up in Waterloo for University and met up again almost 10 years later and the rest is history!”

Engagement story: “Dwayne took me to New York City for my 25th birthday. We had an amazing weekend taking in the sights, shopping and of course doing the Sex and the City tour!” Angela recalls. “On our second last night we had an amazing dinner at a little Italian restaraunt followed by a walk in Central Park. Then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. He still laughs because my first reaction when I saw the ring was, ‘Are you serious?’ Of course I said yes and it was definitely the highlight of the trip!”
