New Hotels Coming to Toronto

Today, and in the near future, plenty of honeymooners and travelers coming to Toronto will have much to decide about in terms of their accommodations. This week, the swanky and lavish Ritz Carlton will open their doors to the public. Stay tuned for more details, as Alison will pay this hotel a visit and give us the inside scoop on their 23,000 sq. ft. spa, new event space, suites and restaurants–we can’t wait to hear her review. In the meantime, here’s a little list of other hotels coming to town:

The Trump International Hotel & Tower located at the corner of Bay and Adelaide (tip of the Financial District) is said to debut next month. Expect sleek suites and an over-the-top luxury spa–sounds like paradise to us.

The Shangri-La Toronto will be just a small hop away from entertainment district (on University Ave., in between Adelaide and Simcoe). Although no actual date has been set, the hotel posted a 2011 opening–fingers crossed it’s sooner rather than later.

The Four Seasons, according to rumours, won’t be open until 2012 or even later. However, if it’s anything like it’s current location, this Yorkville location promises to be just as lavish and luxurious.
