Married, On Location
Planning a destination wedding? You’re not alone—for the past few years it’s been one of the fastest growing wedding trends. I think a destination wedding has become the celebration of choice for many couples because:
a) Most times it involves an exotic change of scenery.
b) It’s a way to keep your celebration ultra-intimate—it’s a rarity that a destination wedding has a guest list of more than 50.
c) It allows you to combine your wedding and honeymoon into one romantic package.
d) Yes, believe it or not, a destination wedding is oftentimes more affordable than a traditional celebration at home.
Sold on the concept yet? Maybe you are and are in the throes of organizing your Mayan Riviera fiesta; or maybe you’re still trying to work out if a destination celebration is actually an option that will work for you. In either case, you need more nitty-gritty info about how to plan your party on location—we’re here to help! I’m proud to introduce our first online guide, one dedicated to the wonderful world of destination weddings. Click here to check it out and please, do let me know your thoughts on our “Far & Away” guide—we’re currently in production on a few more of these special projects and any feedback about what we did right, or could do better, would be much appreciated!
