I love the month of May–especially for all the gorgeous blooms. Found this cute terra cotta pot from Crate & Barrel (it was under their Mother’s Day section–which reminds me I have to start thinking of what to get my mom, any suggestions?!?!). I’m drawn to the warm and inviting look of this item, which would look stellar at a Tuscan-inspired reception.

Roman Holiday

The amazing Roman Colosseum. Image courtesy of rome.info.
It’s been four days since I stumbled through the door from my Italian soujourn and I think my clock is finally getting back on track. But oh it was so worth screwing up my sleep clock for…what I fantastic time I had! Read the rest of this entry »

Who Needs a Spa Day?

See this image above? It’s The Adler Thermae Spa Resort located in the heart of beautiful Tuscany. It’s also where Alison (lucky girl!) is at the moment. After seeing these images, I must admit that I’m more inspired than ever to hit the spa before holiday parties start to snowball.

Does anyone have any spa recommendations for their area? Where do you girls go to get some major R&R? I’d love to hear.

Where are you Honeymooning?

TGFT! Thank goodness for trips. This November and December, the staff at Weddingbells has been out and about–literally. Last week, Steph stepped into winter olympics-mania in Vancouver, while over the weekend Jenn enjoyed a nice weekend getaway in Montreal. This week, Alison is off to Tuscany and Rome, and next week Nicole will be exploring Morocco. As for moi, I’ll be saving my adventures for 2010, still contemplating where to go. San Fran has always been on my list, but Boston and New York are also in the air. We shall see. I’m curious, where are you all going for your honeymoon? Somewhere hot and balmy like Jamaica, staying local in Toronto, going city chic like New York, or taken in a European sight like Paris? Let me know! I’d love to hear.
