{Badrutt’s Palace Hotel}
This summer I had the opportunity to visit the beautiful country of Switzerland. It was my first time to Europe and definitely won’t be my last. What struck me most about Switzerland was how beautiful the landscape is. The snow-capped mountains (yes, even in summer) literally made you think you’re looking like a painting. Then you have cute villages with gingerbread-like homes, pristine lakes, and bustling cities (like Zurich and Basel). I didn’t have the chance to visit the luxe and legendary destination of St. Moritz, known for its skiing, as much as it is known for its notable guests (think royalty and celebrities), but think it would be a perfect honeymoon destination. So where do the rich and famous stay? Badrutt’s Palace Hotel is one of those places A-listers flock to and have been for decades. Read the rest of this entry »







I should start this blog by saying goodbye, as this will be my last post on Weddingbells.ca.
Travel tops my list on what I would do if I won the lottery. Tad’s choice would be to buy a cottage where he can go fishing whenever he wants to. But lucky for me, he also appreciates the city side of life. So, this past long-weekend we drove up to Montreal and had a fabulous time!
