Moments before my fiancé was to pop the big question, I threw a set of keys in a velvet box, gazed into his eyes and in a serious tone asked, “Will you…move in with me?” When he first saw the little box he was floored. “Did she find my ring?” or gasp, “Did she finally snap and buy her own ring?!” (after 11 years, this was perfectly conceivable).
