Tea Party Anyone?
As you can tell Weddingbells has been Alice in Wonderland-obsessed. Last week Nicole created a cute fashion inspiration board for a “Alice in Wonderland” themed celebration and not too long ago Alison posted O.P.I’s latest Alice in Wonderland Collection. Since the hype for this movie has been nothing but huge (the movie opens in 3D March 5th for those of you that don’t know) I figured I’d jump on the bandwagon with a Mad Hatter Tea Party post. Aren’t these images FUN?! Found them from A Fanciful Twist. Mismatched china patterns, milk glass cake plates and lots and lots of candy could be fun decor inspiration for a bridal shower. As for the bunnies below, welll, they were too cute and adorable to leave out of this post. I’m not really sure how you can incorporate them into your bridal shower, maybe include them in your invitations and write “don’t be late for an important date” or something quirky like that. Anywho, check out the rest of this awesome Mad Hatter party below. Enjoy!

Scrap Happy
Today’s post should probably come with a warning: don’t visit Polyvore unless you have at least a free hour at your disposal! This website, which enables you to create virtual scrapbook pages, is seriously addictive. Especially if you, like me, have a weakness for cut and paste of any sort and collages in particular. A Wonderland of Nail Lacquers

Disney's Alice in Wonderland opens March 5!
Forget Avatar, the movie of the year is totally going to be Disney’s Alice in Wonderland—now this is a fantastical world I can totally get into (it’s in theatres March 5). I’ve literally watched the trailer for this soon-to-be Tim Burton masterpiece about 10o times and I practically launched when I press release from OPI in landed in my in-box announcing they were creating collection of nail lacquers inspired by the movie. Chapters, Indigo, Book Lovers Everywhere

Last week I had the pleasure of attending the Indigo Spring Event–which is basically an event showcasing what’s items that are hot and trendy or springtime. I was really excited, because A) I LOVE INDIGO! and B) I LOVE INDIGO! Seriously, I’m a huge book lover, and ever since their lifestyle section came into play a few years back, I’ve been buying everything from their inspirational mugs/notebooks to really cute greeting cards. This year, the Indigo event was unlike any other–it was a tea party! I was so inspired by their gorgeous set-up, that I wanted to share the pics with you right away. Definitely serves as great inspiration for a bridal shower, or better yet, your own wedding celebration. The theme of the party obviously had a very “Alice in Wonderland” feel, from the teapot centrepieces, to the hanging pages–oh it was just so fun. And check out their other displays for bridesmaids/gift idea. Check it out! (BTW, everything you see in these images from the faux florals to the cute teapots are or will be available at Indigo this spring).
