Day 74: Could Beckham be The One?

We told you last week that Bruce Oldfield is no longer the forerunner as the desginer for Kate’s wedding dress and that there were some new names being thrown into the mix like Phillippa Lepley. Another one that’s just cropped up: Victoria Beckham. The rumours were stoked by a comment Victoria made after her fall presentation at New York Fashion Week yesterday to Hilary Alexander of the Telegraph that she would be sending some dresses to Ms. Middelton who is apparently a fan. No doubt Kate would look amazing in Vicky B’s sleek and sexy designs and we also think Beckham as Kate’s wedding gown designer would be a fabulous match made in fashion and Brit pop-culture heaven. Alas, something also tells us Kate will chose someone a little more familiar with bridal, but we can still dream…
