How they met: “We met while working at the same restaurant in Whistler,” explains Erin.

Engagement story: “We were in Ontario visiting Will’s family and took a trip to the wineries in Niagara on the Lake,” Erin recalls. “Will and I went for a walk in a vineyard and he popped the question. He proposed with one of his grandmother’s rings. We had a ring made up with her diamonds, and my grandmother’s diamonds so it was pretty special.”
