How they met: “We met in the education program at UBC in Vancouver,” explains Lydia. “We were paired up for an assignment and fell in love while working on the project. We started dating on December 2nd and after one week, Nathan told me that he knew I was the girl he was going to marry.”

Engagement story: “Nathan was a bundle of nerves when he proposed to me at Christmas on a swing set in our favourite park,” Lydia recalls. “It was so sweet.”
