Favourite detail: “Coffee filter pom-poms that I dyed and crafted and strung through Juniper twine, as well as the lace and burlap-covered mason jars stuffed with coffee filter flowers that I made for centrepieces,” says Chrissy.

Wedding song: “You Are the Best Thing” by Ray LaMontagne. “I had been searching for a wedding song for months (we had gotten to the point where we weren’t even going to have a first dance) and saw a bride on Real Weddings that chose this song and we instantly fell in love with Ray LaMontagne. Even though we hadn’t had an emotional attachment with the song at first we quickly did,” explains Chrissy.
