How they met: “We met at a mutual friend’s bonfire,” explains Becky. “We didn’t talk much that night, so I invited him and his friends out to my family’s cabin, and after that day we hardly spent a day apart!”

Engagement story: “We had been needing a mini getaway so we decided to go to Fargo, North Dakota, for the weekend,” Becky recalls. “After we checked into our favourite hotel we decided to go shopping for a bit. We walked past a few jewellery stores and decided to pop into Kay Jewelers, which is where we found the ring that we both fell in love with. He could tell that I had just fallen in love so he surprised me by telling the sales associate that we would take it! We spent the rest of the weekend with each other relaxing and talking about what the future would hold for us.”
