How they met: “We met while camping with different groups of friends,” explains Kristen. “We were playing beach volleyball and when I spiked the ball, it bent Corey’s finger back. He told me I ‘owed’ him a date.”

Engagement story: “Corey and I went backpacking in Europe for 45 days,” Kristen recalls. “We were about halfway through the trip, staying in Cinque Terre, Italy. After a day of hiking, eating too much pasta and drinking too much wine, Corey popped the question by removing my birthstone ring (that he had given me for Christmas one year) and slipping on the engagement ring.”
