Best moment: “Ken’s best moment was when the music started and he knew I’d be coming down the aisle soon,” says Sarah. “My best moment, aside from the obvious, was during grace when my grandmother asked the Lord to remove all the calories from the food.”

Favourite detail: “Our favourite wedding detail was the edible hibiscus flower in each glass of sparkling wine, served during cocktail hour,” explains Sarah.

Wedding song: “Imagine” by John Lennon. “It was an afternoon wedding, so there wasn’t any dancing, but this was the song I walked down the aisle to. It just fit,” says Sarah.

Honeymoon: Three days in Rome, then drove to Tuscany and stayed in Greve for a week.
