Engagement story: “Andrew flew in from work in Northern Alberta as a surprise to attend my convocation from Simon Fraser University. That night, he blamed the unusual summer heat for making an impromptu overnight trip to the Pan Pacific Hotel. He proposed on one knee in a beautiful ocean view suite, with a sparkling Canadian diamond solitaire ring that he picked all by himself,” recalls Morgan.
