How they met: “Nic managed the bar next door to the restaurant I worked at. Nic referred to me as his girlfriend before we even met,” says Taylor.

Engagement story: “On a trip to Vegas Nic proposed in our room while we were getting ready for dinner and a Cirque du Soleil show. He had been acting weird all day. We were flying from L.A. and had missed our flight that day and ended up renting a car and driving through the desert to get to Vegas. Nic had his whole plan and we had to get to Vegas that day. It was a great impromptu road trip! After spending a few hours walking around, I made a dinner reservation for that night before our show. Nic seemed stressed that I had made this reservation and I was a bit irritated by it. When we were in our room, I was running around trying to get ready and turned around and Nic was on his knee. I couldn’t believe it was happening! We were both crying and laughing,” explains Taylor.
