How they met: “Chris was a bartender at a local bar in Windsor. He barely had any time to talk to the patrons because he was so busy, but as soon as he saw me he tried to take as long as he could serving me so he could spend more time with me. It truly was love at first sight. I frequented the bar more often to see him and finally he got the guts to ask me out,” says Beth.

Engagement story: “I made a serious career choice to go back to school and get my degree in business. After all my hard work, I graduated and Chris planned a surprise trip to Jamaica to celebrate. I was so excited. I had graduated, I had just gotten a great a job and was going to Jamaica! What else could happen? On the second day of the trip under a gazebo on the beach Chris proposed,” explains Beth.
