How they met: “We met through an online dating service. It’s the last place in the world that I thought I would meet my husband,” says Ashley.
Engagement story: “On Thanksgiving weekend in 2009 Darlene O’Rourke, our wedding photographer, was taking family pictures of my future in-laws. James wanted us to do belly shots (I was seven months pregnant) after Darlene was finished with the family pictures. James said that he had a “rock” in his cowboy boot and needed to get it out. Before I could say anything, James, with one boot on, and got down on one knee with a ring in his hand. I was still sitting on my horse when I looked down and there he was asking me to spend the rest of my life with him,” explains Ashley.
