Best moment: “I loved how so many family and friends were able to help us add some unique elements to our wedding. We served fresh-caught salmon, homemade cupcakes by Matt’s mom, and our DJ was Matt’s cousin,” says Carla.

Favourite detail: “The table set up,” explains Carla. “I put so much work into every element, not really knowing how it was all going to look. I loved it when it all came together.”

Wedding song: “Lost Together” by Blue Rodeo. “It was the first song that popped into our head when we sat down to think about it, and no other song ever really came to mind. Matthew makes fun of me for liking Blue Rodeo, but clearly, he secretly likes them too,” says Carla.
