Current Obsession: Bell Jar Centrepieces

I don’t know what it is about bell jars, but I simply adore them as centrepieces. If you’re looking for some fabulous ways to incorporate these items into your wedding reception, you may want to talk to Shira Leuchter–decor and design extraordinaire. For her own wedding, which we featured in our last issue and entitled “A Groovy Kind of Love“, Shira took these simple jars and created a very whimsy centrepiece a la Midsummer’s Night Dream. I love the idea of moss and rocks, but if you’re looking for a more elegant way to present them I’m sure you could swap the items with beautifully cut fresh flowers–the possibilities are quite endless.
