Cupcakes With Zing
Could alcoholic cupcakes (aka cocktail cupcakes) be the next best thing? I learned about this new trend from Nicole, who tasted her first Guinness cupcake ever at an event last week. Intrigued by the idea, I went on the hunt to see what other alcohol-infused cupcakes were out there and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there’s, well, A LOT! From what I hear, they taste amazing–you can barely taste the alcohol at all. One enticing recipe that I found comes from Hostess Blog who posted this neat Mint Julep Cupcake Recipe. Apparently, this wonderful treat has all the makings of a fine Mint Julep drink in the form of a mini-cake. Looks refreshing! Wonder if there’s a Pina Colada cupcake recipe floating out there somewhere…

Cocktail cupcakes are definitely the next best thing!!!
Our company has about 15 different cocktail cupcake flavours – except we like to call our `Intoxicating` Cupcake flavours! Our Pina Colada cupcakes is one of the most popular ones, next to our Lychitini and Vojito (Vietnamese style Mojito).
