#960: Being able to have a “man of honour” or a “groom attendant”
In our books, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with having a “man of honour” or “groom attendant” or “honour attendant” or whatever you want to call it. We think it’s awesome when you can have your best friend (who happens to be male) or even your brother stand up for you on your big day.

My buddy Ross is in my wedding party – I’m calling him my “bridesdude”. He’s one of my best friends in the whole entire world and am so happy he’ll be up there with us on the big day!
I am having my best friend, Julian.
