Create Your Own Cookie
Posted April 6th, 2010 | 8:30 am | By Roseanne Dela Rosa |
Yesterday I was looking for ideas for an upcoming cookie shoot when I stumbled upon Sweet Flour Bake Shop, located in Toronto. It’s quite exciting what they do–they let you pick and create your own cookie ingredients. And in just 2 minutes you get to try your very own creation. Pretty sweet deal huh? Here’s the lowdown on how it works. There are three various kind of cookie types to choose from:
- your average cookie (original, peanut butter, oatmeal)
- a muffin top (original or bran)
- cookie sandwich (shortbread, chocolate, peanut butter)
Once you’ve chosen your type, you get to mix 2 to 3 ingredients for your cookie or muffin top (dried cranberries, milk chocolate chunks, almonds and pretzels are some of their endless option). Or, if you prefer a cookie sandwich you can pick from their endless spreads like chocolate ganache and salted caramel.
