Stephanie’s Cupcakes
No these aren’t cupcakes made for our online editor Stephanie. But that’s what Roxy over at Roxycakes calls them. I love working with Roxy, she always does an amazing job whenever we ask for a specific design for a shoot. But what I love most about her, is that she’s always sending me these inspiring “sweet” creations. According to Roxy, the cupcake craze was a major hit this summer–glad to see that it’s not so much a trend anymore, but a staple sweet item that’s here to stay. Don’t you agree? These romantic pink cupcakes were made especially for a bride named Stephanie–hence the name. If you look closely, you can see that fresh rose petals were used as fillers in between each cupcake, while sugared roses topped each sweet. How delicious!

These were my wedding cupcakes! Roxy does an amazing job…they were a huge hit with our wedding guests! Thanks again Roxy..you are so talented and I am so very very pleased with your creation.
