Cake Pops
Do you know what cake pops are? Well, they’re exactly as you’d imagine them to be: cakes shaped like lollipops—cute, bite-size and with the texture of a cupcake. Make sense? I found these delicious ones at Bakerella (bakerella.blogspot.com). Last year, Bakerella introduced these as the hottest mini-desserts, and I’m right behind her on that. If you’re still on the hunt for a cake designer, or haven’t met up with yours just yet, I would seriously consider asking them to create these delicious treats and use them as favours or even in lieu of a wedding cake.

A friend of mine makes delicious cake pops. They are actually my wedding favours. I am not a cake fan but would eat a few of these a day.
I bet you could even subsititute giant Marshmallows instead of cake! Mmmmmm!
