Your friends have: A photo booth complete with chalkboard signs and mustaches to boot.
We prefer: Providing each table with a disposable digital camera (which you can score for as little as $12.95 or — if you’re willing to pay a bit more — non-disposable digital varieties for around $100 on websites like Overstock.com) and instructions for e-mailing you the photos or uploading them on Facebook after the event. To add an element of fun, also consider including an I-Spy challenge:
“Use the camera and look around
hunt for those pictures that need to be found!
Shoot away and complete the list
track down the moments the photographer missed!
-An artistic shot of your dinner
-Best dancer (in action)
-Group shot of everyone at your table
-Mother of the bride laughing
-People clinking their glasses
-Worst dancer (in action)”
