From the designer: "The cake was designed to resemble a French salon room. Tumbling Louis XIV chairs, tiny cups and saucers, and tons of ruffles make this cake playful yet sophisticated. The idea was to create an absurd yet beautiful moment. The flavour of this whimsical rococo-chic cake was intended to complement the enchanting exterior. We created a delicate pink velvet cake with layers of strawberry buttercream and white chocolate rose ganache. A perfectly romantic flavour for a dreamy wedding."
