From the designer: "My inspiration was an ‘antique’ almost renaissance cake with current hot accents of gold and coral. I personally love making romantic styled cakes and this cake showcases so many romantic details: the lace, the roses, swags, gold. This confection would suit a bride planning an opulent wedding in a grand ballroom with lots of candlelight and big florals."
