The perfect V-day gift: This is for You by Rob Ryan.
Confession time: in addition to loving all things fashion-related, I’m also a bit of a book nut. Conveniently, both of these passions can be easily indulged at my local outpost of Anthropologie, which is exactly where I spotted this lovely book: This is for You by Rob Ryan. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I figured this was the perfect time to share. Every page features an incredibly detailed hand-cut paper picture, and let me tell you, the heartwarming story about a young man’s search for love nearly brought a tear to my eye. In fact, I can’t help thinking that some of the story just might be vow-worthy if you’re looking for something a little less traditional to say to your mister. Furthermore, the artwork in this book sent me in search of some more paper art, and I found these adorable banners on Etsy. Imagine how cute these would look adorning your reception hall? And the work is already done for you…no paper cuts required!
