Designer Sarah Richardson Launches Paint Collection

Designer Sarah Richardson, star of the HGTV show’s, Design Inc., Sarah’s House and Sarah’s Cottage has gone on to expand her brand into paints! In case you didn’t know, she already has a furniture collection (available in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto as of now).  I’m a big fan of Richardson and have been watching the latest season of Sarah’s House (Season 3) where she is completely transforming a farmhouse into her signature style. I love how she uses glamorous details, vibrant textures and patterns, clean lines and chic pieces in her spaces. I would be a dream to have her decorate my house! (Maybe one day if I’m lucky!). Until then, I’m watching her shows and pulling inspiration for my new place (in an earlier post I talked about my move), and hoping to channel some of her aesthetic into my home.

Unfortunately I’ve already painted, so I won’t be able to take advantage of her collection, but for those of you looking to freshen up your newlywed nest, painting can make a huge impact, without the cost of say renovating a room or completely refurnishing it. The “Sarah Richardson Designer Palette” is in collaboration with Para Paints and includes a whopping 75 colours.  The paints will be available at both Lowe’s at Para Paints stores across the country.
