Behind the Shoot
It’s hard to keep up around the Weddingbells office these days. We are in the trenches of magazine production, getting our Fall & Winter 2008 issue ready to ship out the door and onto newsstands by July.
We’ve been writing, editing and shooting tons of things and I thought I would give you a wee glimpse behind the scenes of our recent tableware shoot. The focus of the shoot was colour, but we wanted to do more than just set a table with gorgeous pieces, so we created a whimsical illustrated world for our dishes to live in. Kudos to the team—Jenn, Catherine, Debbe, Bekki, Diana, our photographer Michael and his crew. I think this shoot is a new favourite of mine, and I can’t wait until you get to see it!
