Registry Rundown
Last week I was checking out what’s new and haute for your registry at the biannual Canadian Gift and Tableware Association show in Toronto. I saw so much cool stuff; I don’t envy you having to narrow things down to a pattern or two for your wish list! One trend that I picked up on right away that is huge for the coming year is black and white tableware.
Black and white is a classic trend, one you can dress up or dress down, and it can look traditional or very modern. One of my favourite new patterns I spied at the show is Betty Jackson Black by Denby (pictured left). I was so inspired by the graphic trend that we’ve decided to make it a focal theme of an upcoming tableware shoot to be featured in our Spring & Summer 2008 issue.
