Another celeb couple notably engaged in the city of love? Tom and Katie on the Eiffel tower. It doesn’t stop at proposals either! Eva Longoria wed Tony Parker in a 17th century castle near the Louvre and most recently Salma Hayek said “I do” on Valentine’s Day in City Hall of Paris’s Sixth Arrondissement.
