Today’s post should probably come with a warning: don’t visit Polyvore unless you have at least a free hour at your disposal! This website, which enables you to create virtual scrapbook pages, is seriously addictive. Especially if you, like me, have a weakness for cut and paste of any sort and collages in particular. Basically, you can choose from a dizzying array of images and combine them to your heart’s content. As you can see, I’m beyond obsessed with Alice in Wonderland at the moment, and I’m counting the days until Tim Burton’s 3D version hits theatres; so without further ado, I present my tribute to all-things-Alice, including some inspiring ideas for your big day. Why not have a high tea engagement party? Wear a red shoe or a teeny tiny top hat? Give your bridesmaids a key pendant or an old-fashioned bottle of perfume?
Oh, and it seems I’m not the only one who’s Alice-obsessed: Tom Binns collaborated with Disney Couture to create a fabulous and affordable jewellery line inspired by the film, and Swarovski has also released necklaces, earrings and bracelets based on all your favourite characters: White Rabbit, Mad Hatter and more.

Oh my gosh those are WONDERFUL! I love the necklace and the bracelet! And I’m SO excited for Alice in Wonderland. Only 8 more hours and I’ll be able to check out Polyvore – I don’t trust myself with enough willpower NOT to spend an hour on it :)
