Our latest issue just hit newsstands before the holidays, but believe it or not, we’re already busy planning for the next one! I love to brainstorm, and when I’m in this mode, I’m constantly searching the web for inspiration, which is exactly how I stumbled upon Shana Faust’s beautiful site. Faust, a stylist and creative director (and former Torontonian!), has worked with numerous bridal publications throughout her career. Needless to say, there is plenty in her portfolio to inspire you for your big day. I had a tough time choosing just one image to share with you, but in the end, it was the colour of this dress that really convinced me. In my humble opinion, a pretty pink wedding dress is the perfect antidote to the mid-winter blues! And as I’m sure you may have noticed, pastel colours are hot, hot, hot for spring. Would you ever consider wearing a shade other than white for your wedding? If you’re not sold on wearing colour, but like the idea of pink, why not incorporate it into your bouquet or reception decor? Check out our colour gallery for more rosy ideas.

I just adore when brides incorporate color into their style! Pink is especially flattering for so many women. I love to see those daring brides who choose a gown of color as well as those who add it in their shoes, bouquets and especially their headpieces!
