Get Shorty

While looking for dresses to feature in our next issue, I’ve been encountering a lot of marvellous minis. This is hardly surprising as they were all over the bridal runways this season. Personally, I’m a huge fan of the short wedding gown as a great option for a less traditional ceremony or as something to slip into when it’s time to party. Not to mention that a flirty, knee-length frock is a fabulous way to show off a stunning pair of shoes! I’ve selected three of my favourites here. Would you wear any of these options on your big day? What do you think of the idea of two dresses? Too much or just right? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Oh, and don’t forget to check back here on Monday to catch the premiere of our first-ever real brides beauty video. I can’t tell you how much fun I had playing dress up with these four beautiful brides-to-be, and I hope you enjoy watching their transformations.

I love the short dress trend. I will be looking for a knee length dress for my wedding in August of 2010!
