Lee Meszaros merit badge for "tying the knot."
I was never a Girl Guide myself, which is perhaps why these modern-day merit badges by Lee Meszaros are so irresistible to me—making up for lost time, better late than never, and all that! And it just so happens that this badge (pictured left) is for “tying the knot.” How perfect! I can totally see this stitched onto one of spring’s must-have military jackets or a tote bag packed with your honeymoon essentials. And I simply had to share these pairs: one for you and one for your mister, because you are, of course, “a couple of love birds” who “go together like peanut butter and jelly.” Enough said.

My daughter’s in Girl Guides and I’m always so giddy when she gets a badge. The ones you have pictured here are for the little girl in all of us – I too never had a chance so I jumped at the opportunity to have my daughter in Girl Guides. Personally, I adore the “peanut butter and jelly” badges.
