Follow steps 1 through 3 using Kraft paper. Instead of securing the paper with a piece of decorative tape you may want to add a dab of hot glue or double sided tape so it is hidden.

Step 4: Cut a thin strip of decorative paper and layer this on top of the Kraft paper, securing with glue.

Step 5: Select a button and secure it with glue to the decorative strip of paper.
