Were you in love with Reese Witherspoon’s pink custom Monique Lhuillier wedding gown? Good news—the designer has created several rosy-coloured styles for Spring 2012, and I’m finding it hard to choose my favourite. These dresses are girly, gorgeous and light as cotton candy (and almost good enough to eat!). What do you think—would you try on the coloured trend for size, or you an all-white bride?

During the most recent round of runway shows, several key trends emerged—trends we’re sure to see everywhere in the months to come. Here are five of my favourites:
1. RUFFLES
Rivini's take on romantic ruffles.
You can always count on Reem Acra to put on a fun show filled with gorgeous gowns, and this season was no exception. I especially loved that the models were spinning and twirling to show off Reem’s dreamy creations. These modern princess dresses looked perfect paired with hot-pink accessories. Enjoy!

Looking at photos of dresses is one thing, but seeing them in motion just takes things to a whole other level. It’s that time of year again—I’m packing my bags and heading to the Big Apple for bridal fashion market. An entire weekend filled with the latest and greatest wedding dresses is pretty much a dream come true for yours truly, and between runway shows and one-on-one showroom appointments, I always walk away feeling so inspired. One designer who really knows how to put on a show is Oscar de la Renta. Everything—from the gorgeous gowns to the classic hair and makeup, and pretty bouquets—is pitch perfect.
