Top model Anja Rubik wed Sasha Knezevic (also a model!) this past weekend in Majorca, Spain wearing a custom creation by Peter Dundas for Pucci. Anja flaunted her legs in a floaty minidress with delicate cap sleeves. Similar to fellow model—and recent bride—Kate Moss, Anja opted to wear her hair loose and wavy with a major veil. After a whirlwind courtship, actors Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig (that’s James Bond to you!) tied the knot in secret last week. Only four guests attended the New York ceremony: Weisz’s son, Craig’s daughter and two unnamed friends. Banana Republic + Mad Men = One Stylish Collection

Talk about a match made in heaven! Banana Republic has joined forces with Mad Men costume designer Janie Bryant to create a stylish capsule collection inspired by the hit show. The collection, which features clothing and accessories for both men and women, hits stores on August 11th. Wouldn’t this dashing duo (pictured left) make a chic Best Man and Maid of Honour? What about throwing a Mad Men-inspired wedding, complete with stylish outfits, traditional cocktails and vintage props? Swarovski to Launch First Fragrance
When you think of Swarovski crystals, you think of sparkle, right? So it only makes sense that Swarovski would take this as their starting point when setting out to create a signature scent. In partnership with the Clarins Fragrance Group, Swarovski developed the aptly named Aura, “a luminous fragrance, which is light and feminine. Described as a fruity floral, Aura is a complex combination of amber, white musk, lychee, white tuberose and pink pepper that would be an ideal choice for your wedding day! In addition to the fragrance (and accompanying body products), Swarovski has also created two lip glosses and a body shimmer that come packaged in crystal-adorned pendants. If you’re still searching for bridesmaids’ gifts these would be perfect! All the new releases will be available this August at Swarovski boutiques and The Bay across Canada.

Bridal Designer Amsale to Film TV Show

According to The Daily, renowned bridal designer Amsale Aberra has signed on to make a reality TV show called Amsale Girls. The series will take viewers inside her New York flagship store, located on the world-famous Madison Avenue. Known for her classy and sophisticated wedding gowns (see left), Amsale’s creations have appeared on film in 27 Dresses, and she was most recently in the news when Sara Rue wore one of her exquisite designs for her trip down the aisle.

Are you in the mood for love? If the answer is yes, then I highly suggest you check out Tiffany’s newly launched website—Tiffany True Love—and accompanying app. On the site you’ll find stories of real-life couples, including an exclusive short film, “Will You Marry Me?,” directed by Edward Burns in which New Yorkers share their most romantic proposal stories, as well as a list of classic love songs (first dance selection, anyone?) and romantic movie suggestions—such as Breakfast at Tiffany’s (of course).
