Aura by Swarovski was one of our favourite fragrances of 2011 and for 2012, a new limited edition version of the juice is now in stores and we have an exclusive prize pack to give away to one lucky bride! Aura Collection Mariage is a pretty floral that smells springtime fresh, ultra-dreamy and romantic. The scent combines notes of peony, lotus, lychee, green tea leaves and white musk to create a gorgeous bouquet.     Finding the prefect fragrance is so important because it truly sets the mood of the day. Something light and airy for a beach wedding, something floral and romantic for a classic affair. And after you find the perfect sent- every time you wear it after it will allow you and your husband to remember all the lovely memories of your wedding day. I am still searching for my perfect scent for my big day!

    To find that perfect, special fragrance would mean everything to me. It falls in line with picking the perfect dress. It plays a vital part in the finished product of what a bride truly is. Beautiful. I want to look and smell beautiful on that day, so that not only will my husband to be always remember that day, but I will too. Every time I smell Aura by Swarovski it will remind me of the day I started the rest of my life with my best friend. It will capture our memories in a timeless fashion that we can revisit every time I spray that gorgeous fragrance on my skin.

    To this day the smell of a Blueberry Lipsmacker brings me right back to a Mexican vacation 13 years ago where I wore it everyday. In that way I think it’s important to pick out a new fragrance for the wedding and honeymoon so that there is that one unique smell that will always bring you back there. Also, if there’s ever one time in your life where you don’t feel guilty about splurging on a lux perfume it would have to be your wedding.

    Well, before doing this, I went to my closes beauty store to try the Aura, and I have to wait the usual day to decide is a perfume for me.
    Is a very delicate and I could say passionate, one of those you turn heads to try to guess who is wearing it. I loved it.
    My husband to be and myself every new season we run to the beauty department to get the seasonal “perfume”, our friends laughs about it, we just love it.
    I will be more than happy to add this one to my wedding memorable day.

    Being that many of my family members have lost their sight, they are unable to see the beauty behind the flowers or the decoration, so we must amp up the other senses such as wonderful music and beautiful scents. Aside from the wonderful bouquet and center pieces along with the delicious food should be the wonderful scent of the bride. If people are unable to see the beauty of the bride on that day at least a beautiful scent will leave everlasting memories.

    Smell and memory are intricately connected so having just the right scent is nearly as important as the perfect dress. Also, while you don’t get to wear your dress again usually, you can wear your signature scent again and again. Each time you wear your special perfume it will remind you and your new husband of your wedding day(and night!)

    Bonus points if your scent and bouquet coordinate for a double whammy of gorgeous floral scent! Whenever you see or smell those flowers you will be reminded over again of the most special day of your life.

    I have a particularly keen sense of smell and one whiff can bring me back to places I’ve travelled or times in my life that I wouldn’t have easily remembered without scent. I can think of nothing more wonderful to be “transported” back in time to my wedding day every time I smelled my bridal perfume.

    Finding my perfect wedding day fragrance is important to me because I want my husband to be to think not only did I look amazing but I smelt amazing also. He’s got a keen sense of smell that you can not compare to others and always picks up the most beautiful aromas just by a sniff. I remember when we weren’t even dating yet and I had on my perfume and he smelled it right away, and commented on how nice I smelt. Those are things to this day I will never forget. And I never want him to forget how I smelt on our wedding day :) I can smell amazing on our anniversary and it can bring us back to our wedding day. Great smells are what keep our memories in motion!
