Photos From Bridal Fashion Week: Alfred Angelo Spring 2013

At Alfred Angelo classic white wedding gowns shared the runway with fashion-forward black-and-white creations. We absolutely loved the touches of black lace and embroidery, and the white ballgown with the intricate black shrug particularly caught our fancy! In addition to bridal gowns, the Spring 2013 Alfred Angelo show also included stylish bridesmaid options. Sparkly little black dresses would be perfect for an evening wedding, while bright pops of colour (in shades of coral and hot pink) scream preppy garden wedding.

Photos From Bridal Fashion Week: Ines Di Santo Spring 2013

Nobody makes a ballgown like Canadian bridal designer extraordinaire Ines Di Santo, and for Spring 2013 there were certainly some breathtaking options for the modern princess bride. Noteworthy ballgowns included a beauty with a beaded bodice and full tulle skirt, a grand deep ivory gown and a charcoal grey number covered in sparkles—a true show-stopper! Besides ballgowns Di Santo showed some truly beautiful mermaid silhouettes that were fitted to perfection, as well as some sassy short dresses that would be perfect for partying all night long.

Photos From Bridal Fashion Week: Badgley Mischka Spring 2013

You can always count on Badgley Mischka to bring the glamour, and this designer duo’s Spring 2013 collection certainly didn’t disappoint. Sexy and slinky slip dresses look red-carpet-ready, while tiers of tulle and lace (with pretty beaded detailing) are classically bridal with a fashionable twist. As a fresh alternative to strapless, we loved the beautiful bejeweled cap sleeves that were seen on both a full ballgown silhouette and a sleek sheath.
