Finding a photographer in Toronto is not easy. Yes, there are lots to choose from…but that only makes it harder! Where do you even start? Well, lucky for us, my sister is really into photography and was also on the hunt to find a photographer for her wedding. She researched photographers like crazy, so when she found one that impressed her, I knew it was worth setting up a meeting to meet the photographer. I love to bake. I love cupcakes, cakes, cookies and anything else with lots of sugar! This year, I’ve really gotten into making cupcakes and I was certain that I wanted cupcakes instead of a wedding cake. Then, to complicate things, I also tried making my first tiered fondant cake.
Perhaps you want to know why we’re having our wedding at a training facility.

I hope to inspire your planning, spark some creativity and show that even those of you planning traditional weddings can have some “alternative” details. An alternative wedding is not about throwing all tradition out the window, but feeling free to change the traditions to represent you better.
My life is filled with circus, vegan cupcakes and love. It is far from ordinary and I want my wedding day to be the same. I’m entering the Alternative category because I’m pretty sure our wedding will be far from usual.
