		<description>Hello,

I am having issues with one of my bridesmaids. She has been the furthest thing from the doting bridesmaid and now she is even saying she can&#039;t make it to my bridal shower. I have had serious thoughts of replacing her over the last few months since she has made zero effort to be a part of the group. She is a single mother of three so I know how hectic life can be for her but she always seems to find time to go get her nails done or go on weekend getaways with her boyfriend but on such a special day for one of her best friends, she can&#039;t seem to find the time. What should I do?
