Nick Lachey popped the question to his ladylove Vanessa yesterday and though the ring has not officially been spotted, People reports he proposed with a twinkling Asscher-cut diamond flanked with trapezoids from Bader & Garrin. The cut Nick chose for Vanessa is a unique engagement style (it’s also known as the square emerald cut) that gives a diamond amazing sparkle and fire. We approve. Congrats to the happy couple!
