Red Carpet Inspiration: Natalie Portman

Hot on the heels of all the fabulous Emmy fashions comes Ms. Natalie Portman snapped on the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival yesterday. The star of the hotly anticipated film Black Swan always gets the glam factor bang on and I think this stunning scarlet Rodarte dress is one of her best looks ever. Part goddess, part old-fashion Hollywood, this Swarovski embellished draped number is flawless and the colour is to-die-for. We currently love red as an alternate dress colour option (see our Fall & Winter 2010 issue and our shoot with recent bride Monika Schnarre), and of course the colour has always been popular for Asian brides in their wedding day attire—it’s considered good luck.
