I have an enviable job in that I get to test-drive a lot of great beauty products and this week I’m dedicating my posts to some of my new favourites, all of which would make an amazing addition to your bridal beauty kit. First up, I’ve got a skin savior that will magically erase any signs of sun damage or acne inflammation. I’ve been using Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector ($63) twice a day for four weeks and I am floored by the results. I had a little sunspot on my right cheek (apparently I was the only on that noticed it, but trust me it was there) and after using this serum for a month, it has all but faded away. And apparently this is only the beginning—in 12 weeks the product claims to hit its peak effectiveness. It’s gentle, smoothes easily on skin, it’s not greasy nor does it dry skin out. If you have any scarring or sun damage you want to wave goodbye to before your wedding, this little miracle in a bottle is for you. Tomorrow: face.
