Occupations: Stephanie and Ryhan are public servants for the government of Canada. 
How they met: They met while working at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Canada. Stephanie was given the office directly across from Ryhan’s.
Favourite date: Their first date. Ryhan asked Stephanie to accompany him to a wedding, where he only knew the bride and groom. They ended up drinking wine, talking, dancing and laughing in their own little corner all-night long. 
What attracted her to him: His confidence and contagious laugh.
What attracted him to her: “Her beautiful eyes and the mischievous smile she used to give me as she walked by my office.”
Engagement story: Stephanie and Ryhan had been going out for a couple of years when Ryhan invited Stephanie to accompany him to his university reunion in London, England. Seeing as it was in December, Ryhan tricked Stephanie into thinking that it would be her Christmas present. On their last night, after a week of fun in the British capital, Ryhan suggested that they take a trip on the London Eye (the massive ferris wheel across from Big Ben) to enjoy the sights of the city one last time. Stephanie was completely taken aback when the staff greeted them with champagne and truffles. Ryhan explained that he had arranged for them to enjoy the thirty-minute ride in their own private capsule. Stephanie couldn’t help feeling terribly spoiled since she thought the trip itself was already a very extravagant Christmas present. As they reached the summit of the Eye, Ryhan suddenly got down on one knee and pulled out the most perfect blue Tiffany’s box Stephanie had ever seen. Through tears of joy and laughter she somehow managed to say "yes."
