Ryhan Mansour took his engagement proposal to new heights when he popped the question to Stephanie Davidson on the London Eye. “On our last night in England, Ryhan suggested riding the Eye to take in the sights of the city. I was taken aback when the staff greeted us with champagne and truffles. And if that wasn’t enough, Ryhan explained he had arranged for a 30-minute ride in our own private capsule. I couldn’t help but feel spoiled,” Stephanie exclaims. “As we reached the summit of the Eye, Ryhan suddenly got down on one knee and pulled the most perfect Tiffany box I’d ever seen out of his pocket. Through the tears of joy and laughter, I somehow managed to say, ‘YES!’” With every intention to create a day as romantic and personal as their engagement, the pair decided to exchange vows at a vineyard—the perfect choice for these two wine connoisseurs. Everything from the cake to the place cards matched their country and winery theme to a T. “The day was amazing, and the food and limitless supply of Grange VQA wines made our occasion extra special,” Stephanie says. “But, of course, what really made my day was having all our loved ones together in one location to witness our union."
