Sitting Pretty
Twenty inspiring reception ideas you won’t want to miss out on. By Roseanne Dela Rosa
This year, one of the questions we’ve been asked most frequently is: how do you make a reception stand out? The answer is simple, of course: personalize it! We’re huge fans of creative and unique reception details, especially when they’re tailored to your personality. To get you started on creating an atmosphere that suits your theme, and one that’s far away from all the cookie-cutter celebrations out there, we sourced 25 amazing details (everything from beautiful centrepieces to quirky guest-card holders) that we’ve seen from real weddings and vendors alike. We hope they inspire you to step outside of the box and do something completely extraordinary that’ll amaze all your guests, and even yourself!
An outdoor reception looks so graceful and put together when surrounded by white linen and topped with floral centrepieces placed in metal pails.

This is what I'm doing for my centrepeices! 6 inch square lanterns on mirror plates with purple and silver ribbon tied at the top. I love the cozy ambience it will create for my November wedding!
